Fall Haul – Murrells Inlet Creek & River Sweep Clean-Up
In conjunction with the SC DNR Annual Beach & River Sweep, Murrells Inlet 2020 is teaming up with local partners to host a Creek & River Sweep in Murrells Inlet. River rats head to the river. Creek rats head to the marsh. Let’s show up, let’s clean up and let’s enjoy our backyard with less litter.
Down by the River, Murrells Inlet 2020, the Waccamaw Riverkeeper, Hannah Banana’s Sunshine Cabana and Wacca Wache Marina are proudly partnering together for the Riverkeeper’s Adopt-A-Landing program to host the 2nd Annual Fall Community Clean-Up of the Wacca Wache Boat Landing on the Waccamaw River in Murrells Inlet. Meet at Hannah Banana’s (back door) at 8:45 am.
Along the marshfront, Murrells Inlet 2020, Captain Dick’s Marina, Crazy Sister Marina, and Express Watersports are proudly partnering together to weep the creek. Meet at the docks at Crazy Sister Marina at 8:45 am. Kayaks will be available for volunteers to use.
